These terms cover the Smash or Pass website and waitlist run by Grant Langheinrich in Mandurah, Western Australia ("we", "us"). Smash or Pass is an early-stage dating service for adults in Mandurah, Perth and nearby areas.

What this site is

Right now this site is a landing page and waitlist. Joining does not create a dating account, guarantee a launch date, or promise matches. When the full service launches, extra terms may apply and we'll tell waitlist members by email.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate details on the waitlist form.
• Don't use the site to harass, scam, exploit or harm anyone.
• Don't try to break, scrape or overload the site.

Community standards (when we launch)

No underage users. No selling sexual services. No fake profiles, scams or harassment. We may refuse or remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Safety

Meeting people always carries risk. Take care, meet in public first, and tell a friend where you're going. If you're ever in immediate danger, call 000 in Australia.

Intellectual property

The Smash or Pass name, branding and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for your own service without permission.

No warranties

The site and waitlist are provided as-is. We don't promise uninterrupted access, a launch date, or any particular number of matches.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Australian consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the waitlist or site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under Australian law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
