Privacy Policy

18+ only. Smash or Pass is for adults aged 18 and over.

Smash or Pass is a local dating service in its waitlist stage, run by Grant Langheinrich in Mandurah, Western Australia ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your city
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older

We do not ask for a password, photos, phone number, payment details or your street address on this waitlist.

Why we collect it

We use it only to invite you when Smash or Pass launches in your area, to send occasional launch updates, and to understand interest by city. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

How it's stored

Waitlist sign-ups are sent through Netlify Forms and stored by Netlify, a hosting provider that may keep data on servers outside Australia.

We don't sell your data

We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Only Grant Langheinrich, as the operator, and the service providers needed to run the waitlist (such as Netlify) can access it. We would only disclose it to anyone else if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until the service launches and you've been invited, or until you ask us to delete them. If the service doesn't go ahead, we'll delete waitlist details within 12 months.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing vagonmyface@hotmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

18+ only

If we find out someone under 18 has signed up, we'll delete their details.

Australian Privacy Principles

We aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, contact us first. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service grows. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
